The Gala

Be part of the celebration! The Waterloo Region Entrepreneur Hall of Fame Gala is November 17th, 2009, a part of Entrepreneur Week, in Waterloo Region. And it's sold out!

The Waterloo Region Entrepreneur Hall of Fame awards are presented each year at a gala dinner held during Canada's biggest annual entrepreneurial event, Entrepreneur Week. Hosted by Communitech, the week is usually held the first week in October.

The gala is the grand finale in our Hall of Fame schedule, a night to celebrate the bold entrepreneurial spirit that sets our inductees apart as drivers and shapers of our community. The inaugural Waterloo Region Entrepreneur Hall of Fame gala was held on September 29, 2006 in Kitchener to a distinguished crowd of close to 300. In 2007, the Gala once again filled to capacity on October 2nd, and featured the comedic styling of Don McMillan, Technically Funny. In 2008, the Gala hosted more than 300 people, MCd by comedian Tim Lee, Off the Charts Comedy.

Tickets (and tables) to attend the Gala usually go on sale in early September. Watch for it as part of Entrepreneur Week!
